Usually people get multiple quotes before getting work done, but we immediately knew Ian was the guy to go with! Incredibly friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. Fantastic work ethic, wasn’t afraid to answer questions and explain to us what he’s doing and how it’s done. Any work involving heating/plumbing Ian is who we are recommending straight away!

Ian updated my mum’s heating system, replacing the boiler and radiators for us. Ian completed it all within the timescale quoted. He is flexible and efficient and quickly adjusted to the changes we made. He kept us informed of everything he had done and was very approachable.
